Vehicle: campaign for the introduction of 'control agents'
Project: Two problems fo GTT. First: lot of travelers don't pay the ticket, that, let's say it doesn't help. Second: from some survey turn out that 'regular' travelers are very teased by the fact that 'fare-dodgers' get often, but above all gladly, to get away with it. That's why GTT decided to introduce the new role of the control agent, a more good-humored edition of the old ticket inspector. We needed a campaign that expressed from one hand the gratitude of the company, and that on the other advised the crooks that the free ride was over. At the end we realized that just one campaign wasn't enough, we needed two.
